Position Description
We seek an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to develop effective demand generation strategies for Olink’s Explore portfolio of products. This is a global, high-profile, high-impact role that will contribute to the messaging and marketing strategy for some of the most exciting technologies in bioscience!
The Olink Explore platform represents the cutting edge in proteomic technology. Olink Explore HT is the company's latest solution for high-throughput proteomics, delivering unmatched specificity, scalability, and simplicity. We’re looking for a marketer to help tell the story of how Olink is enabling scientists to gain a deeper understanding of human disease at the protein level.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be an integral part of developing the strategy, tactics, and execution of company-wide Marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will manage digital, print, and events (live and virtual), ensuring coordination across Marketing and across the organization. This dynamic role requires someone that can communicate effectively across groups and to stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective tactics to drive lead generation in the scientific research community
- Develop concise, consistent messaging about our products and information resources for high throughput proteomics
- Continuously review and report KPIs measuring impact of marketing channels and initiatives
- Manage demand generation and lead qualification to ensure well qualified leads are consistently passed to the Sales teams
- Work closely with key stakeholders including Field Marketing, Product Management and Sales to ensure alignment across groups
- Explore and improve customer acquisition funnels within paid marketing channels/campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, and continuously improve how and when we talk to each audience segment
- Work with and manage external vendors or contractors as appropriate
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required. Advanced degree in the life sciences or MBA preferred
- 4+ years experience in a global corporate marketing role
- Demonstrated experience with digital, content, and social media marketing
- Track record of creating successful marketing campaigns
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools/applications including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, paid search, paid display
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across organization with wide variety of people
